Physical Copies of the Plan will be available by Wednesday, October 9, at the City of Salinas Community Development Department  (65 W. Alisal Street), City Hall (200 Lincoln Avenue), the Cesar Chavez Library (615 Williams Road), the Hebbron Family Center (683 Fremont Street), Bread Box Recreation Center (745 N. At this time, the City is considering accepting the Plan as a strategic planning document, rather than formal adoption.
